Brian Conners is the founder and Principal of Endgame Business Solutions, LLC.  He has more than 30 years of diverse business experience ranging from start-ups and early stage to Fortune 500 companies.  He is an accomplished business leader with proven success in defining real-time business and financial strategies and translating them into high-impact actions, operations, and financial results.  His expertise includes identifying and capturing new business and new market opportunities through strategic identification and negotiation of acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances around the globe, including North America, the Pacific Rim, and Europe.

Brian is skilled at building and turning around companies utilizing innovative and sound financial, operational and product development strategies.  He is a change agent with exceptional financial and business acumen and an ability to take ideas from concept to implementation in start-up and Fortune 500 environments.

Brian received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.  He has served in roles including CEO, President, COO, CFO, and corporate Director.
